Mod platform terms (draft)
Uploader representations
You warrant that your upload is your original work or properly licensed, does not infringe third-party rights, and contains no malicious code or unlawful content.
License
You grant the platform a non-exclusive license as needed to host, display and distribute the content; all other rights remain yours, and you may request removal of your own content at any time.
No pre-screening
The platform only runs automated technical format checks and does not pre-screen content; passing checks is not an endorsement of legality, correctness or safety.
Notice and takedown
Anyone who believes content is infringing may file a notice via the report link on each mod page or the designated contact email. The platform will take down content promptly upon valid notice and keep records. Counter-notices are accepted.
Repeat infringers
Accounts with repeated valid infringement complaints will lose upload rights and may be banned.
Download at your own risk
Mods are third-party player content. You download and use them at your own risk; the platform and the game developer accept no liability for third-party content and provide no warranty, express or implied.
Liability cap and indemnity
Platform liability is capped to the maximum extent permitted by law; you agree to indemnify the platform against third-party claims arising from your uploads.
